This website has been created to provide more information on the properties and to allow those potentially interested to contact us and potentially progress a booking.
We respect your privacy and information collected will be used for the sole purpose of progressing any booking enquiries and legally required record keeping for tax purposes.
Information we collect
We collect information about you when you submit an enquiry through the Contact Form and we only use this information to deal with your enquiry.
We also collect information about you during any follow up e mails or other forms of contact when you make a booking request and we only use the information to process your booking.
During your stay to ensure everything goes smoothly, we will provide you with details of named individuals who live close to the property and look after it for us (keys, maintenance etc).
We will normally also provide them with your name and contact number should they need to contact you during your stay. We do not share your information with anyone else or sell your information to third parties.
After your stay, records of your booking will be retained as proof of income for UK and French Tax purposes.
Should you provide a review following your stay, with your permission these comments may be displayed on our website.
